We are five high school sophomores from Acton, Massachusetts, and founding members of Friends of Liver Foundation, WB-MA Chapter Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As part of the Global Liver MOVEment—an international campaign led by the Global Liver Institute to raise awareness and promote action for liver health—we are organizing a 5K walk in our town on June 14, 2025, in recognition of Global Fatty Liver Day (June 12).
Our goal is to raise awareness about fatty liver disease and support the global mission to improve the lives of those impacted by liver conditions through education, advocacy, and community engagement.
